We organized a small party for my daughter's 1st birthday. Had a wonderful experience working with Neel and his team. His rates were very reasonable, food taste, quality & service was vey good and was very transparent in sharing all the details. He also understood our requirements well and put his best efforts to meet them. Before the event I requested him to arrange food tasting for which also he agreed and arranged the same. Ultimate pre wedding function done for my niece due to the efforts by neel and team. From selecting a villa to arranging local transport for my out station guest to arranging food and taking care of decoration. All well done. And initially we were very sceptical to hire a single company for all the things but at the end one of the best three days and lots of good memories. ~ Purnima C
They organised the Haldi and Mehandi function for my sister's wedding and they did a fabulous job. Decoration was very beautiful, even they gave complimentary photo booth, were very punctual of time as we had early morning functions and they made sure everything was ready on time. I am a resident of lotus pond since last 6 years and have tried many caterer. This time with a reference, hired patna caterers for my family function. I will say, food was more or less same like other caterer and I mean good in taste. But for me what was better was, service, and owner was at the site from morning till night. I hired patna caterers for for my kids Birthday party and it was a theme party as we wanted to have something unique. The decoration work was done on time and as per our requirement, it was perfect. Not to forge the food part, that too was very very tasty. Little issue was with service of cake distribution. Else everything was fine. ~ Abhijeet M
